Personal Assessment:
In this phase we will narrow down what higher educational institutions will be a good fit for the student based on their personality, interests, hobbies, carrier goals, financial situation, academic background followed by other key factors like academic strengths and areas for improvement.
Carrier Guidance:
Here the student will have a in depth discussion with the counselor about the goals and dreams of the student’s future carrier. This discussion will provide Go2Study a more in-depth perspective, the student should be selecting or programs that should be a good match for the student.
College Planning and Selection:
With over 10,000+ universities across the globe, college selection would be a tough task for a student. Go2Study admission advisors will evaluate and review the student’s academic background and test scores shortlisting list to 8 to 15 universities that would be a best fit.
English Language Conditional Placement:
Students who wish to study in English speaking countries must take the English Proficiency test either TOEFL or IELTS and must meet the minimum requirements. For that, students must enroll themselves in intensive English classes of TOEFL or IELTS. Many universities offer conditional admission and allow students to continue as degree-seeking students as soon as they receive the minimum required test score. Go2Study advisers will assist students in identifying a good fit university with a strong intensive English language program.
Application Support:
Go2Study advisers review each selected university’s admission requirements, steps, documents required, and application deadlines. The advisers will assist the students with online application submission, advise on the documents .
Document Preparation:
Go2Study will issue a list of additional documents which includes SOP, CV, etc., required for the application process. Depending on the University of Choice, these documents may be altered. While students are responsible .
Documents Submission:
This is the final stage of the application process. We ensure that all required documents have been compiled, submitted, and received by the universities. We will follow up with each of the to make sure that all documents have been received.
Application follow-up:
Go2Study advisers will follow up with the universities in which the student applied to find out student’s application status. If the student is offered admission by two or more institutions, our team will help to further breakdown the schools to help you make that final selection.
Student Visa Services:
Go2Study advisors will discuss important matters in getting the Visa Preparation of visa documents Verification of visa documents Applying for visa Interview process when applying for a student visa. Follow up with Embassies on the visa applications In short, getting the visa.
Immunization and Medical Health Insurance:
Go2Study advisors will discuss suitable options including immunizations and required health documents. International students are required to have health insurance in the Universities and they typically offer students to purchase their designated health insurance plan.
Orientation before Departure:
This service will prepare our students for their trip of academic journey ahead. Topics range from what to pack, shopping, banking, phone services, medical providers, culture shock, academic expectations, and more. We will cover the delivery of practical information such as cultural, educational, social, and personal matters to familiarize students with the U.S. academic life.
Accommodation Planning:
We will provide all the counselling about the type of accommodation has to be opted by the student based on the weather conditions, location of the university. This includes on-campus accommodation or off-campus accommodation guidance.
Student support in overseas:
We assist the students with their personal and academic needs. Our advising covers a wide range of topics such as career advising, transferring to another school, internships and employment, medical providers, tutoring support, and many more.
